ATTENTION OWNERS

  

1.)  The 2024 Deadline to Register The Annual Registration(s) is July 31, 2024.

  • Review your ARRO account to ensure that the 2024 registrations for the buildings you own or manage have been completed and submitted.

  • This deadline also applies to the filing of amendments as-of-right for 2023 registrations.

  • When you access your account, review your prior year’s entries (2023) and ensure that they were properly submitted.

 

2.)  Helpful Hints and Reminders

  • You will need to remember your User ID or Password and create a new password.

  • Before filing your 2024 registrations, review your ARRO Building List for prior years.  Your registration is not complete until you submit and complete the Affidavit and Certification for each building.

  • Amendments & Add-On apartments are not submitted in ARRO.

  • If after the registration has been submitted, you need to report a change in ownership or address, you need to file DHCR Form RA-44.
