The Central Astoria LDC Housing Advisory is hosting a series of workshops for tenants and landlords. All workshops will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at the Central Astoria LDC office. The dates for the workshops are as follows:

February 26, 2025: Initial & renewal leases.

March 26, 2025: Disability rights.

April 30, 2025: Which city and state agencies to call for housing issues.

May 28, 2025: How to organize a Tenants’ Association.
